No. A theme license covers a single store only. You can transfer it to a second store you own, but only after closing the first store, and only by contacting [email protected] directly to initiate the transfer.
You can't transfer or sell a theme to another person's store, on Shopify or elsewhere. Using an unlicensed theme violates Shopify's Terms of Service.
