Yes. If a support agent asks for your online store's password-protection password (not your Shopify account login), you can share it — it's needed to preview a store that isn't public yet.
Go to Online Store > Preferences.
Scroll to the "Password protection" section to find it.
This is the password-protection password, not your Shopify login — it's safe to share with our support team.
