Cama shows Discount code cannot be applied to your cart when Shopify marks the code inapplicable to the current cart. Check that the code is active, not expired, applies to the products in the cart, and meets any minimum-spend requirement. A shipping-only discount is accepted without a cart-level discount chip and is confirmed at checkout after you add an address — Cama shows Shipping discounts are shown at checkout after adding an address. My discount code won't apply to the cart
The discount-code field isn't showing
The discount field renders only when Show discount code is enabled and the cart is not empty. In the theme editor, open Theme settings > Cart and enable Show discount code. The field appears on the cart page and, when Cart type is Drawer, in the cart drawer.
I can't publish my theme or edit its code
You can't publish the theme, edit its code, or use Shopify's AI code generator while the theme is marked Theme trial. Purchase the theme first, then publish it from Draft themes. See Install and launch Cama for the full flow.
My custom code wasn't included after a theme update
When the theme card reports code edits could not be included, your code changes conflict with the updated theme. Copy the affected code changes into the new version manually and recheck custom CSS selectors after updating; keep a backup of customized code before updating. When the update succeeds, the card reports code edits successfully included. See Update your Cama theme safely for the update and rollback flow.
The storefront isn't showing the right-to-left layout
The RTL layout appears only when the active storefront language is a supported right-to-left language that has been added and published in Shopify. In the theme editor, open Footer and enable Show language selector, then choose the language from the storefront's Language selector. The gift-card template receives the language tag but does not apply the RTL direction, so it does not currently mirror.
