Themes bought from the Shopify Theme Store are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, so they're final sale and non-refundable under copyright licensing. Neither Shopify nor we can offer refunds, and neither is legally required to.
Shopify's free theme trial lets you download and customize a paid theme with no time limit before buying, so every setting can be tested pre-purchase. Our support team answers pre-sale and post-sale questions, but billing and purchase issues need to go through Shopify support directly — that's outside what we can help with. Full restrictions are in Shopify's terms and conditions.
Already purchased and not satisfied?
Submit a feature request instead. We can't guarantee it gets implemented, but we do take every request into consideration.
