Collections list

The collections list section displays the collections you select as collection cards in a slider that customers scroll through on mobile and, by default, as a grid on desktop. You pick which collections to show and how many; if you don't select any, the section fills the same number of slots with placeholder cards.
Settings
Set the source collections, how many cards show, and how they're arranged.
Setting | What it does |

Color scheme | Applies a color scheme to the section (default scheme 1). |
Background media | Adds an Image or Video behind the cards (None by default). Choosing a media type reveals its picker and position settings — Cover or Contain for video, Cover or Fit for image (default Cover). |
Background overlay | Tints the background media. When on, choose an overlay Solid or Gradient (default Solid); for a gradient, set its direction (Up or Down). |
Collections | The collections rendered as cards. You can select up to 20. |
Collections to show | How many cards display, from 2 to 12 (default 6). This also sets the number of placeholder cards when no collections are selected. |
Use grid on desktop | Switches the desktop layout from a slider to a grid (on by default). When off, the section stays a slider on desktop and desktop slider navigation reappears. |
Columns on desktop | Number of grid columns on desktop, from 1 to 6 (default 3). Shows when Use grid on desktop is on. |
Grid gap (desktop) | Spacing between cards in the desktop grid, from 0 to 34 (default 8). Shows when Use grid on desktop is on. |
Slide width (mobile) / Slide width (desktop) | Card width on mobile (12–36 rem, default 22) and desktop (16–48 rem, default 36). Desktop slide width shows only when Use grid on desktop is off and the section is a slider. |
Direction and alignment | Arranges the section content in a Vertical, Horizontal, or Grid layout, with matching alignment, grid template, and gap settings (horizontal gap default 12 px; vertical gap off by default). |
Width | Sets the section to Page width (default) or Full width. For full width you can toggle the page gutter. |
Height | Sets the section height: Auto (default), Small, Medium, Large, Full screen, or Custom. Custom lets you set the height from 0 to 100% (default 50%). |
When the section is a slider, previous and next arrows navigate between cards. When no collections are configured, placeholder cards appear in place of real ones, so you can preview the layout before selecting collections.
