Pops shows a message telling you the maximum quantity you can add when Shopify returns a quantity mismatch β the amount you tried to add exceeds what can be added for that item, such as an inventory or per-order limit. Reduce the quantity to the amount Shopify allows and add it again.

Match your symptom below to find the verified cause and the fix for common Pops storefront and cart problems. Each entry covers one failure mode; where a full workflow exists, it links to the detailed article.
I can only add a limited quantity of an item to my cart
My cart shows "There was an error while updating your cart. Please try again."
Pops shows this message when a cart update request fails, such as a network or response error while changing a quantity or applying a change. Try the update again; if it keeps failing, refresh the page and retry.
My discount code isn't accepted
Pops shows Discount code isn't valid when Shopify marks the code inapplicable to the current cart. Check that the code is correct, active, not expired, and applies to the products in the cart, and that any minimum-spend requirement is met. See Cart drawer for how the discount field works.
I can't remove a discount code
Pops shows Failed to remove discount. Please try again. when the discount removal request fails. Try removing the code again; if it keeps failing, refresh the page and retry.
My search shows no results
Pops shows a no-results message when no products, pages, articles, or collections match the search term. This is the normal no-results state, not an error β broaden the search term or check the spelling. See Search for how predictive search works.
