How to show your Volume offer to specific customer group/B2B customers only?

Want to offer exclusive volume discounts to loyal customers, wholesale buyers, or B2B clients? Tailoring deals to specific groups can boost sales and maintain pricing integrity.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to create and display volume offers visible only to selected customer groups or B2B customers with our Customer tag feature
Use case:
The store offers exclusive deals and price for wholesale customers. Wholesale customers are customers with tag "b2b". They will get 10% off by buying 10 items, 20% off when buying more than 50 items. Only customers with this tag will see the offer.
Step 1: Set tag for your wholesale customers
Use Shopify Customer tag to segment your customers. Make sure all your wholesalers have a customer profile with tag "b2b"

Step 2: Create an offer specifically for wholesalers
Create a Volume offer as usual, following the steps in Set up Volume offer. In the Setting panel, after selecting targeted products/collections, you will see a field to select your targeted group of customers by tag. Click "Select tag" and choose the tag "b2b"
If you select multiple tags, customers with ANY of selected tags will see the offers.
Step 3: Check the offer on your store
When a customer tag is chosen, only customers with one of the tags will see the volume offers including:
Offer tables
Product badge
Discounts in the cart and in checkout
If no tag is chosen, the Volume offer will show to all customers by default.
