Yes. Paste raw SVG markup into the SVG setting to use it as the texture. An SVG pasted there overrides the Image.

Texture opacity ranges from 0 to 1 in steps of 0.1 (default 0.1). Texture z-index sets the stacking order relative to surrounding content, from -1 to 5 in steps of 1 (default 2).
