Use the Speed setting, which is the time in seconds for one full rotation. It accepts values from 10 to 60, with a default of 20.
How do I change the direction the rotating text spins in Pops?
Set the Scrolling direction to Right to left or Left to right. The default is Right to left.
Can I apply a color scheme to the rotating circle text block?
